I've installed public beta (build 7000) x64 on my trusty old laptop, on a spare disk. I usually run Vista Enterprise SP1 x64 on the main hard drive. Download the stand alone driver set not the full package ( last download in the list ) unpack the driver but don't use the auto install as it will fail. Once the driver is unpacked use device manager find your video card and right click select update driver, don't let windows auto search, point windows to the unpacked driver files, highlight any file showing and click next, if windows will let you it should pick the files it wants and load the driver. This will be very limited support and you won't have the full Catalyst Control Center loaded but with luck and it should be enough to allow windows to work with that GFX card.
