Wii Virtual Console Wads
Also a thank you to for introducing me to this method. EDIT: Google Chrome doesn't like the file very much. I guess it doesn't like bin files? The file is safe, I simply zipped the folder containing wwPacker and stev418's mod.
Download WiiWare and Virtual Console Complete Collection NTSC-U torrent or any other torrent from the Games Wii. Direct download via magnet link. I will be posting VC wads in this section. If you want games for other regions just ask for them and I'll post them. Most are NTSC unless specified.

You will put your wads in this folder 6 download a wad (in description) and put it in the wad folder 7 put the SD card in your wii 8 go to homebrew channel, then to wad manager, and select your wad 9 go to the main wii screen, you should see the game 10 go and play the game =D.

First pic is root of sd card. 2nd is apps folder. Now this is my apps folder, and unless you have done homebrew before, you should only have wad manager 1.3 in here, as you can see highlighted by the mouse. 3rd is wad folder, my wad is legend of zelda ocarina of time master quest.
